A s'mores iced coffee sounds like a delicious and fun twist on your standard iced coffee! Here’s a recipe you can try:
Ingredients:
**For the Coffee:**
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee (cooled)
- 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
- 1-2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
**For the Whipped Cream Topping:**
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
**For Garnish:**
- Mini marshmallows
- Additional graham cracker crumbs
- Extra chocolate syrup
Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Coffee:**
- Brew a cup of strong coffee and let it cool. You can do this ahead of time and store it in the fridge.
2. **Mix the Coffee:**
- In a large glass or shaker, combine the cooled coffee, milk, chocolate syrup, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract. Stir or shake well to combine all the ingredients.
3. **Prepare the Whipped Cream:**
- In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. You can also use a whisk, but it may take a bit longer.
4. **Assemble the Drink:**
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
